| "Thing vs Universe" is composed of two parts, "Kill the King" and "Bottle of Sand." This 33 min long film utilizes live-action and stop-motion animation to portray a young child coming of age and simultaneously the same boy as an old man, looking back both at his life, and the devastating horror mankind brought upon the Earth.
The two parallel parts of the film not only ask,"What should we do?" but perhaps more importantly, "What have we already done?"
